Now it is time to hit the road and start looking at homes. The first time out Michelle will spend three to four hours with you and you will see five to seven homes. Michelle will take note of what you like and dislike about each home. These observations will help refine the search and zero in on the perfect home.
Step 4: Continuous Market Marketing
We search for new listings continuously. Every morning you will receive new listings selected based on your housing criteria. Are you an email person? No problem, you will find these in your inbox. Prefer it as a text? Just say the word, and we will send them along.
Step 5: The Offer Process
You found the perfect place and now it’s time to make the offer. Michelle will guide you through the process skillfully providing you with her wealth of knowledge – giving you every advantage along the way. Michelle next negotiates on your behalf – keeping you informed every step of the way.
