What are some factors to consider when choosing a neighbourhood?
To us, this is a two-part answer. The first, is focusing on what’s important to the buyer. Keying in on lifestyle and livability must-haves. The second, relates to the community a buyer is joining and how that might change in the next 5-10 years. It’s important to look at plans to better understand upcoming zoning, land use, school boundary or transit changes. They can all make a large impact in one’s enjoyment of their home.
We have an intimate knowledge of neighbourhoods in Toronto and are well equipped to find a home that balances everything for you. At the end of the day, you can transform a home but you can’t change the neighbourhood.
What is an exclusive or off-market listing?
An off-market opportunity is one that isn’t listed on MLS, but is available for sale. For many reasons, home owners may not wish to have their home listed on MLS, but are looking to sell if the situation suits. We have access to a number of these opportunities and have helped many buyers/sellers finalize a sale discreetly.
