Six years ago, Melissa and Conrad found their perfect home in Parkdale. It was an ultra-cool semi that had all the right touches that fit their modern urban lifestyle. 6 months later their first child came along, and that is when Melissa met Lisa at a mom’s group. “When our second child came along, we realized that we needed a family friendly home with a large back yard, close to family. The Hamilton/Burlington area looked like a good option, but we needed help finding the right place, while at the same time, preparing our house to sell. They decided to hold back offers and see how the market would respond but within 48 hours a significant offer was presented, and the home ultimately sold well above asking. Melissa and Conrad were thrilled. With their Parkdale home sold they were able to move their family to a great neighbourhood in Burlington.
