The Beach Area

The Beach is one of the most popular destinations in Toronto to shop, dine and take up residence. Needless to say, the Beach neighbourhood is home to a thriving Real Estate market.

The Beaches famous Queen Street East is lined with independent retail stores and restaurants that are just as likely to be frequented by international tourists arriving on the Queen Streetcar as they are to be visited by locals strolling in from right around the corner.

The community bustles with culture and activity year-round, peaking during the summer months with some of the best music festivals anywhere. But there are always people (and dogs!) who opt for the tranquility of the boardwalk, taking in views of the charming, picture perfect homes and gardens to the north, and a gloriously long, uninterrupted stretch of golden sand and sparkling water to the south.

This area is also well-known as The Beaches, because it encompasses Balmy Beach, Scarboro Beach, Kew Beach and Woodbine Beach. Over time, the Beach culture, lifestyle and pride of home-ownership has continuously spread beyond traditional geographical boundaries, creating fabulous new real estate opportunities. Today we see wonderful things happening in neighbouring areas such as Leslieville, Upper Beach, etc.
