  1. Select a Realtor you can trust and with whom you feel comfortable working
  2. Discuss your requirements and your criteria with your representative
  3. Sign a Buyer Representation Agreement that details what your representative will provide and what you can expect
  4. Meet with a lender for mortgage pre-approval
  5. View homes that meet your selection criteria
  6. Have your Realtor prepare and present an offer 
  7. Have your Realtor negotiate and accept the terms
  8. Remove conditions from the accepted offer
  9. Prepare for closing
  10. Take possession
